Delivery and Returns

Are you ready to place your order?

We deliver across South Africa from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  If you live away from major cities in SA, then it may take longer to get to you, however on average  it will be between 2-5 days.

What will the delivery cost you?

When will delivery take place?

Your order will be confirmed as soon as payment confirmation is received and will be shipped directly from our supplier warehouse to your delivery address within 2-5 days.

What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered?

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery at info@re-solutions.online and we will do our best to have the damaged product collected and a new product delivered to you as soon as possible.

What if I receive the incorrect items or quantity of products?

Should you experience this please notify us immediately so that we can get our team to assist you. You can contact us through the contact page on our online store or send an email to info@re-solutions.online and we will arrange to collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.

Returns

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.

Should an opened product be returned, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it. Should an opened item be returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, RE Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee.

Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale.

Replacements

All products sold by RE Solutions are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, which is at least 1 year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. Some products have longer manufacturer warranties, and we honour these warranties as well.

Should you have a faulty item, contact us and we’ll assist you by providing you with the details for the return process. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to RE Solutions , but RE Services will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.

DOA’s will only be swopped out if returned within 7 days.

Inverters need installation by a Qualified Electrician ( and authorised CoC to ensure correct installation and warranty cover )
